Cllr David Watkins campaigning on the Post Office network

Liberal Democrats in Brunswick & Adelaide ward have been collecting petition signatures for their campaign on the Post Office network.

Pictured is Cllr David Watkins talking to a resident, Cllr Paul Elgood also attended. David and Paul said: 'Thank you to those we spoke to who supported the campaign, we got a very good response.'

Under the last Conservative Government, 3,500 local post offices closed, and under Labour another 4,000 have closed, hitting communities across the country.
