The 25th Brunswick Festival takes place over the coming week.

Events this weekend include the Beach Fest, a family-friendly kick-start to the festival with music, food and entertainments and the Rural Day. Next weekend includes the Family Days in Brunswick Square, including Jazz In The Square next Saturday.

Brunswick ward councillor David Watkins says: "Every year the Festival gets better and better with Brunswick Square coming to life with colour, music and people. If anyone believes the notion of community is dead, they just need to look at this hugely successful event and they will see it has never been stronger."
