Lib Dem Councillors on the Housing Committee and Housing Management Sub-Committee have re-affirmed their position against the transfer of the City's housing stock out of public control.

The Lib Dems used a procedural report to again vote against the proposals, which they believe amounts to the 'privatisation' of the City's council housing stock, going against the views of Tory and some New Labour Councillors who want to see the disposal.
