Cllr David Watkins on Hove Lawns

A long overdue review of the by-laws for Hove Lawns and other open spaces has at last been promised, following a question at Thursday's City Council Meeting.

Of particular concern is the use of the seafront Hove Lawns, where controversy has raged for years over their use.

Cllr David Watkins got the commitment following a summer of problems on the seafront. David said: 'Now we can have a proper debate on how best our public spaces can be used.'
