Low emission car discount welcomed

Part of this year's Lib Dem backed Council Budget will see residents whose cars produce low emissions receive a 50% discount on a resident's permit. Cllr Paul Elgood said: 'Lets hope that residents take advantage of this discount as a small incentive for owning a low emission car. This will help cut pollution in our community.'
