Victory for Residents at Endeavour Site

Reacting to news over proposed changes to reduce the scale of plans for the tower block at the Endeavour site, Lib Dem City Council Group Leader Councillor Paul Elgood said:

"This is the right way forward. Lowering the block deals with the concerns of local residents who rightly were worried about the overshadowing of the building."
